2022 NSF GRFP Application Prep Workshops, Tools & Resources

Drexel's Undergraduate Research & Enrichment Program (UREP) team within the Pennoni Honors College, formerly the Fellowships Office, will be hosting virtual and in-person workshops to help graduate students prepare their applications for the 2022 National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP)! The 2022 application opens on or around August 1.

The National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP) recognizes and supports promising graduate students in NSF-supported STEM and social science disciplines who are pursuing research-based graduate degrees at accredited US institutions.
NSF Fellows are expected to become knowledge experts who can contribute significantly to research, teaching, and innovations in science and engineering. These individuals will be crucial to maintaining and advancing the nation's technological infrastructure and national security as well as contributing to the economic well-being of society at large.

What these workshops will entail:
- A Q&A event with Drexel faculty who have served as reviewers or program directors for GRFP
- A Campus Merit Review process, in which you can receive feedback on your draft application
- An online resource site, including an archive of successful proposals and event recordings
- Assistance procuring your Drexel transcript/enrollment verification at no cost
